The term of Notice is used in Law as “Legal Notice” where the issuing person informs about his rights to the other party. The concept of legal notice is to remind the other of his obligation which he is not deliberately or otherwise performing or is failed to perform.
In Legal Notice allegations are raised against the defendant for which he is assumed to be liable and the rights of the issuing person are asserted which are at stake or supposed to be infringed.
The Legal Notice is also an intimation of the rights which the sender is planning to assert in a law suit against the addressee of the Legal Notice.
